As we envision an international scaling of our services you will have the opportunity to take on contracts in different countries within a system that you are familiarised and protected.

Onboarding & Training

During the trial period of a new customer (3 months), you are supported by your personal native business developer to train you in platform use and guidance in how to obtain maximum productivity in working with us. This support will continue along the way so that you always have your ambassador around . 

Guaranteed work load 

It's our job to make sure the amount of workload is in balance with the potential workforce of our builders, so that you can be assured of a constant workload within our services. 

Schedule your own time 

As long as you finish your contracts , you start you are free to schedule your own time in our platform. By setting your holliday settings customers are automatically aware of your absence.

Growth opportunity

When our customers are convinced from your skills and service , you can add partners to your account . Adding partners gives you total control on contract level , but still you are not responsable for there earnings as they invoice directly towards the customers the amounts that has been approved by you . Adding partners usually results in a lot more earnings for our subcontractors
